Who I work with
DOT and CDL medical examiners
Drivers you cannot certify until sleep apnea is addressed. I arrange home sleep testing, start therapy, and manage it. You get a letter for the file: test result, treatment started, and the compliance download when it's time.
Skilled nursing and post-acute facilities
CPAP and BiPAP management for residents by telehealth. Settings orders, mask problems, questions from your nurses and therapists, and staff training on request.
DME companies
The patient who is struggling in the first 90 days. I take the visit, fix the setup, document the re-evaluation your payer requires, and send the order back. Referral relationship only. No payments either way.
Sleep centers
Overflow PAP management for patients you have already diagnosed. You keep the diagnostics. I keep the patient on therapy and send you notes.
What you get back
- A visit note within two business days of each encounter
- Signed orders and prescription changes, sent to the supplier you name
- The 31-to-90-day re-evaluation note with objective adherence data
- A monthly adherence summary, if you want one
